PM Cables ships orders using trusted shipping carriers selected by our logistics team unless another carrier is specified by the customer.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Custom-built or special-order products may require additional production time.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout or quoted separately for larger orders.

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to PM Cables within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to refused deliveries, incorrect shipping addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
