Terms of Service

Welcome to PM Cables. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or purchasing products or services from PM Cables, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Order Acceptance

All purchase orders submitted to PM Cables are subject to acceptance. An order acknowledgment issued by PM Cables, together with these Terms of Service, constitutes the complete agreement between PM Cables and the customer and supersedes all prior verbal or written communications related to the order.

2. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment terms are Net 30 from the invoice date.

PM Cables accepts major credit cards. Credit card payments may be subject to a 3.8% processing fee.

For new customer orders totaling $100,000 or more, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required before order confirmation unless otherwise approved in writing by PM Cables.

Failure to make payment according to agreed terms may result in delayed shipments, suspension of future orders, or cancellation of pending orders.

3. Taxes

Customers are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, sales, use, import, export, value-added, and other governmental taxes associated with their purchase unless a valid tax exemption certificate has been provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Unless otherwise specified by the customer, PM Cables ships orders using its preferred carriers.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated on the quotation or purchase order.

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. Any shipping damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported to PM Cables in writing within 10 calendar days of delivery.

PM Cables reserves the right to refuse returned products that are contaminated, improperly packaged, or otherwise unsuitable for inspection.

5. Claims

Claims regarding incorrect shipments, shortages, manufacturing defects, damaged products, or invoice discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days of delivery.

Failure to submit a claim within this period constitutes acceptance of the shipment and invoice.

If PM Cables determines that a claim is valid, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Issue a refund
• Provide account credit

6. Cancellations

Because many PM Cables products are custom-manufactured, assembled, or sourced specifically for customer orders, cancellations may be subject to cancellation charges, including reimbursement for materials purchased, labor performed, and administrative costs incurred prior to cancellation.

Custom-built, custom-configured, or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or procurement has begun.

7. Returns

All product returns require prior written authorization and an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns received without an authorized RMA may be refused.

Approved returns must be received within 30 days of authorization and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

8. Warranty

PM Cables warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage begins on the original shipment date unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Abuse or misuse
• Improper installation
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Fluid or environmental damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Products with altered or removed identification labels

PM Cables' responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of defective products at its sole discretion.

9. Warranty Returns

Customers requesting warranty service must contact PM Cables Customer Support to obtain warranty authorization before returning any product.

Products returned without prior authorization may be refused and may not qualify for warranty coverage.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PM Cables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of revenue arising from the purchase or use of any products or services.

PM Cables' maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Website Information

PM Cables strives to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing, compatibility information, and product availability displayed on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur.

PM Cables reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, or other website content at any time without prior notice and may cancel orders resulting from such errors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

PM Cables reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
